TT Loodgieters is a trade name of Toker Techniek (KvK 92496385), based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/AVG). Last updated: August 2026.

1. What data we collect. When you contact us or request a quote via our website, phone, e-mail or WhatsApp, we may process: your name, address and postcode, phone number, e-mail address, photos of your plumbing situation, and the content of your message.

2. Why we use it. We use this data only to: respond to your request, prepare quotes, plan and carry out appointments, send invoices, and comply with legal (tax) obligations. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we never sell your data.

3. Legal basis. We process your data on the basis of: performance of an agreement (quotes and work), legal obligations (administration and tax law), and legitimate interest (responding to enquiries).

4. How long we keep it. Enquiry data that does not lead to a job is deleted within 12 months. Quotes, invoices and job records are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

5. Who we share it with. Your data may be processed by parties that help us run our business: our website hosting provider (Hostinger), our e-mail provider, and our accountant. We have appropriate agreements in place with these parties. We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA unless adequate safeguards apply.

6. Cookies. This website uses functional cookies that are necessary for the site to work (for example, remembering your language preference). If we use analytics, data is collected in a privacy-friendly, anonymised way. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your rights. You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability.
