General Terms & Conditions

TT Loodgieters is a trade name of Toker Techniek, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 92496385. Last updated: August 2026.

1. Scope. These terms apply to all quotes, appointments and work carried out by TT Loodgieters for customers in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Diemen, Zaandam and surroundings.

2. Quotes. All quotes are free of charge and remain valid for 30 days. A quote is based on the information and photos provided by the customer; if the actual situation differs significantly on site, we will discuss any price adjustment before starting the work.

3. Appointments & cancellation. Work is carried out by appointment, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For urgent same-day requests we do our best to fit you into the same day’s schedule, subject to availability.

4. Prices & payment. Prices for private customers include VAT (BTW) unless stated otherwise; prices for business customers are quoted excluding VAT. Invoices are payable within 14 days. For larger renovation projects we may agree on payment in instalments, confirmed in the quote.

5. Materials. Unless agreed otherwise, we supply and install A-brand materials (e.g. Geberit). Materials supplied by the customer are installed at the customer’s own risk regarding product quality and manufacturer warranty.

6. Warranty. We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on all work we carry out, starting from the completion date. This warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear, misuse, frost, work by third parties, or materials supplied by the customer. Manufacturer warranties on products apply separately.

7. Certified partner work. Work that legally requires specific certification (such as gas boiler installation under the Dutch Gasketelwet) is carried out in cooperation with a certified partner. We will inform you of this in advance.

8. Liability. Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the work concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. We are insured for business liability.

9. Complaints. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days at info@ttloodgieters.nl or 06 – 25 43 55 47. We take every complaint seriously and will look for a fitting solution together.

10. Applicable law. Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
